by commissioning me you're fully agreeing with the terms bellow, please read carefully•I intend and will probably do adoptions and non-commission related drawings in the middle of the works• my artistic style is inconsistent and tends to change from time to time, so with each drawing there will be a change whether it's noticeable or not
• as the artist I have the right of refuse any commission or trade that made me feel uncomfortable with
• you can contact me for commissions and artwork via twitter, instagram, discord, ko-fi or tumblr dm's
• you may not use my artwork for profit or commercial use

• you're NOT ALLOWED to use my artwork on IA or NFT
DRAWING RELATED
• I won't draw anything related to sexual themed NSFW
• I'm not an expert with interior/architecture design and drawings but I might draw it
• I'm good at external nature related backgrounds and some aesthetic designs
• any species are welcome to draw, some of the will just take a little bit longer to adjust
• I work better with natural, warm and softer colours and fit better in my style but brighter ones are also accepted➥ ask me if you have any questions my dm's are always open!!!
PAYMENT RELATED• as the quality of my works increases and so does the demand, the tendency is for prices to increase so prices from months ago will not be the same as the current ones• payment via paypal will include the description about your commission so you'll know what you're buying• all payments need to be done upfront via paypal invoice• brazilians can pay via pix in BRL• the accepted currency is USD• for higher commission prices I can make some payment plans (only for comm above $150)• if you have any issues and want some refund just dm me, I do anything necessery to make the costumer happy and satisfected• refunds will only be done if I coudn't complete the commission or in case of major problems related to the piece, I will send you the refund via paypal, please don't chargeback• please check your wallet and budget before hiring me, I am dependent on my commission money, giving too many refunds leaves me with no way to plan bills and paypal chargebacks are even worse so I will be very happy if you just say so can't afford• chargebacks WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and the user will be blocked and blacklisted• FIRST TIME PAYPAL USE TUTORIAL:
1. To receive the payment invoice, provide the email associated with your PayPal account.
2. I will send the invoice via PayPal, including a detailed description of the purchased product. (Do not pay any invoice without a proper description or if it seems suspicious; all my invoices include the name, correct price, and a detailed description with my username.)
3. Make the payment through the PayPal app or web page.
4. After the payment, it will show as "pending," indicating that I have received the payment and just need to accept to finalize the transaction.
5. Your payment is complete; now, just wait for your commission! Always request WIPs (work in progress) and sketches to track progress. My chat is always open for conversations.
PROCESS AND ART CHANGES• I won't finish any complex commission with less than 2 weeks• all updates and sketches will be send via dm for approval and changes• any bigger changes before the final lineart doesn't need extra payment• major changes (pose, expression, background, characters) need to be done before finishing the lineart• I usually don't make big changes such as environment, change character, clothes and poses after the final results, when the art is closer to being finished or finished, I may deny significant changes• the turnaround time is 1-3 months but usually less compex commissions takes less time to finish it
COPYRIGHT AND IMAGE USAGE• by agreeing to my terms you're allowing me to post and use the commissioned image of your character on my pages , if you don't feel comfortable with that just let me know in advance• you MUST credit me for designs and artwork• all watermarks needs to be present in my drawings and designs please do not remove credits• do not turn my designs unrecognizable, minor changes are totally acceptable• my characters and designs can be resold but not copied and traced• NEVER claim my artwork and designs as yours, you're not allowed to reproduce commercially
